Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At Kiddy Nation, we truly value your trust and are committed to delivering safe, high-quality products for your little ones. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, in rare cases where issues arise, we are here to support you through a transparent and structured Replacement Policy.
Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- To request cancellation, email us at support@kiddynation.com with your Order Number.
- Once cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
After Dispatch
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
- If cancellation is requested while the order is in transit or refused at delivery, applicable courier charges (₹500 – ₹2500 depending on product size and location) will be deducted from the refund.
2. No Return Policy (After Delivery)
Once a product is delivered and accepted, we do not offer returns or refunds, except in cases covered under our Replacement Policy below.
We follow a Replacement-Only Policy to ensure product integrity and child safety.
3. Replacement Eligibility
Products are eligible for replacement only under the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing Defects
- Damage During Transit
- Incorrect Product Delivered (wrong model, color, size, design)
- Missing Components or Accessories
4. Replacement Conditions
To qualify for replacement, the following conditions must be met:
a) Reporting Timeline
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.
b) Product Condition
- Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- All tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be intact.
c) Mandatory Documentation
You must provide:
- Valid Purchase Invoice
- Clear Photos of the issue
- Complete Unboxing Video (showing unopened box and defect clearly)
⚠ Claims without proper documentation will not be processed.
5. Replacement Process
Step 1: Submit Request
Email support@kiddynation.com with:
- Order Number
- Registered Email ID
- Phone Number
- Photos and Unboxing Video
Step 2: Verification
- Our team will review and acknowledge your request within 3 working days.
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 11 AM – 7 PM
Step 3: Product Return / Pickup
- If approved, pickup will be arranged where serviceable.
- If pickup is unavailable, you may courier the product to us.
- Courier charges up to ₹300 will be reimbursed upon submission of valid receipt.
Step 4: Quality Inspection
- Returned products undergo strict internal quality checks.
- Only documented issues will be considered.
Step 5: Resolution
- Replacement will be dispatched after successful verification.
- For large or bulky items (battery cars, ride-on jeeps, swings, etc.), replacement parts may be provided instead of full product replacement, at Kiddy Nation’s discretion.
6. EMI, Credit Card EMI & Easy Pay Later – Special Terms
Orders placed using EMI, Credit Card EMI, or Easy Pay Later are subject to additional conditions:
No Cancellation on EMI Orders
- EMI orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, irrespective of shipment status.
No Returns on EMI Orders
- Products purchased via EMI are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Replacement Only (For Valid Issues)
EMI orders qualify only for replacement under these conditions:
- Manufacturing Defects
- Transit Damage
- Incorrect Product Delivered
- Missing Components or Accessories
All EMI replacement requests are subject to:
- Manufacturer approval
- Internal quality verification
Replacement timelines and documentation requirements remain the same as stated above.
Important EMI Note
- Refunds, chargebacks, or EMI cancellations with banks/financial partners are not supported once the order is confirmed.
- EMI transactions are processed through third-party financial institutions. Kiddy Nation has no control over EMI reversals, interest rates, or bank-level policies after order placement.
7. Important Notes
- Replacement is subject to product availability.
- If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent product may be offered.
- Kiddy Nation reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet policy conditions.
8. Cancellation by Kiddy Nation
KiddyNation.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the following cases:
- Incorrect product pricing due to technical or human error
- Product unavailability
- Payment verification issues
- Any other legitimate business reason
In such cases:
- 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- The customer will be notified via email.
