1. Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

  • We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders above ₹199.
  • Free shipping is applicable only to non-returnable products.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Please allow 1–3 working days for order dispatch.
  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM (business days) are generally shipped the same day, subject to:
    • Successful payment confirmation
    • Completion of security checks
    • Stock availability
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped on the next working day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day (typically Monday).

During peak seasons, festive periods, or promotional sales, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time: 7–14 working days from dispatch.
  • Deliveries to rural or remote areas may require additional transit time.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, courier partner, or unforeseen logistical delays.


4. Courier Partners

We ship through reputed and reliable logistics partners including:

  • BlueDart
  • FedEx
  • Delhivery
  • Other trusted national courier services

The courier partner is selected based on serviceability and fastest available route to your location.


5. Payment Methods

We currently offer the following payment options:

  • Complete Online Payment (Prepaid Orders)
  • Partial Online Payment (as applicable on select products)

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
    • Tracking Number
    • Courier Partner Details

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.


9. Delivery Failure Due to Customer Error

If non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Incorrect contact details
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Any other customer-related issue

Any additional re-delivery or return charges incurred by Kiddy Nation will be borne by the customer.
